Code Of Conduct

Oshi Vision 2026 – Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct explains what we expect from everyone at Oshi Vision on 14 June 2026. By attending the event, you agree to follow these rules alongside our full Ticketing Terms.

1. Respect VTuber privacy

  • Do not try to find out, guess or share any VTuber’s real identity or personal details.
  • Do not follow or approach talent outside public event spaces.
  • Do not try to enter backstage or staff-only areas.

Any attempt to doxx, expose or harass talent about their real identity will result in immediate removal from the event and may lead to a ban from future events.

2. Be respectful to everyone

  • Treat other attendees, staff, volunteers and talent with respect.
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech or discrimination.
  • No aggressive, threatening or deliberately disruptive behaviour.

If you make others feel unsafe or uncomfortable, we may ask you to leave. Serious behaviour will mean removal without refund.

3. Meet & greets and interactions

  • There is no separate ticket for meet & greets at Oshi Vision.
  • We cannot guarantee a personal meet & greet with any specific VTuber.
  • Access to interaction areas is limited and will be managed by staff and security.
  • Staff may set limits on time, poses, items to sign, and number of people in each area.

Please follow staff instructions and be mindful that many people want their turn.

4. Photos, filming and streaming

  • You may usually take personal photos and short clips in general areas, unless signage or staff say otherwise.
  • Some areas or segments may be “no photo / no filming” – please respect this.
  • Professional filming or streaming is only allowed with written permission from Blobjam.
  • If staff ask you to stop recording or to delete specific images or clips, you must do so.

We will also be filming and photographing the event. You may appear in crowd shots used for documentation or promotion.

5. Cosplay and props

Cosplay is welcome, but it must be safe.

Please do not bring:

  • Real weapons or realistic replicas
  • Sharp, heavy or dangerous items
  • Oversized props that block walkways or exits

Security may inspect props and can ask you to tag, store or remove anything they consider unsafe. Their decision is final.

6. Sound, lights and content

Oshi Vision may include:

  • Loud music and sudden sound effects
  • Bright, flashing or strobing lights
  • Occasional mild language or suggestive humour

If you have concerns about noise, lighting or other content, please check event information in advance or speak to staff on the day.

7. Follow staff instructions

Blobjam staff and volunteers are there to keep things running smoothly and safely.

  • Please follow their instructions, especially around queues, seating, props and recording.
  • If staff or security ask you to move, wait, or change something you are doing, please cooperate.

8. Reporting a problem

If you feel unsafe, see something worrying or experience harassment:

  • Speak to a member of staff or security as soon as you can.
  • Tell us what happened, when and where.
  • We will do our best to respond quickly and fairly.

9. Consequences of breaking the Code

If you break this Code of Conduct or our event rules, we may:

  • Give you a verbal warning
  • Ask you to leave certain areas
  • Remove you from the event without refund
  • Ban you from future Blobjam events in serious cases

This is to protect the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, talent, staff and volunteers.
